Nikos, Myrta and their children present themselves in this way. They are the soul of the family farm since 1996 and dedicated thier work to the organic cultivation of the Kolovi variety (or Valanolia) to produce “EIRINI PLOMARIOU”, an organic EVO, also awarded by “monocultivaroliveoil” in 2015. It is the olive oil that they use in their agriturimus in Plomari and that conquered admirors all over the world. The harvest begins in early November, with green olives, harvested directly from the branch, since they do not have to fall to the ground. The olives reach the mill, fresh, juicy and rich in polyphenols, on the same day of harvest. If olives fall to the ground they belong to the birds and animals that live on our farm!
